    FAQs are a great way to help your visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better browsing experience.
  • What is a FAQ section?
    An FAQ section consists of frequently asked questions and answers about your business, such as "What are the opening hours?", "Where do you ship to?", "How do I book a service?".
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app.
  • How do I add a new question and answer?
    To add a FAQ, follow these steps: 1. Manage the FAQs from the site control panel or from the Editor 2. Add a new question and answer 3. Assign FAQs to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always go back and edit the FAQ.
  • How do I edit or remove the title of an FAQ?
    You can change the title from the FAQ settings tab in the editor. To remove the title from the mobile app, go to the “Site & App” tab in the Wix Owner app.
  • Can I insert an image, video or GIF in the FAQ?
    Yes. To add media, follow these steps: 1. Manage the FAQs from the site control panel or from the editor. 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the response text box, click the video, image, or GIF icon. 4. Add media from your library and save.
